Well... if it were mine you were pouring down the sink, I'd have to kick some tail, but no, it is not illegal, why would it be? Cause it is flammable? Drains are filled with water and would therefore dilute the alcohol.

I wouldn't say that it is illegal, but what a waste. Why would anyone want to tip alcohol away? The only place I tip it is down my throat.

No but it could be dangerous as it is highly inflammable once heard of a bloke did this who then threw a cigarette down the bowl and got burned in a very painful place.

No that I know of. People dump out drinking alcohol all the time. I'm not sure about rubbing alcohol. If you think it will harm something, don't do it.

Not alcohol, but is to tip any kind of oil as that does not breakdown and dissolve like alcohol does

Not at all...people put all sorts of chemicals down drains...alcohol is really nothing to worry about.
