Yes, In the evening and in the morning it aches so good in parts but not all over. A great workout will do that for us honey.
Its healthy.

Yes, I have done that many times over the years. This may sound crazy, but when I do a workout like that I call it a "good hurt".

omg-yes!
especially right after I start a class-yoga, or kickboxing.
man, they killed me the first day. I was sore for a week and a half!
