Are you using "I'm" as in IM (Instant Message) as a verb, and thus asking if a lawyer can contact you electronically?

In most states, direct contact with prospective clients (electronic mass advertising) is not allowed, or heavily regulated. But the rules vary by state and country, so it is possible some states would allow that kind of electronic mass marketing.
