These were supposed to have been turned in for greenbacks long ago. You can no longer exchange this certificate for US dollars - the Treasury Department is exempt from honoring it because of the time lag.

As such, the value of this note is determined entirely as a collection piece, and hence is fully determinable by market value alone, ie what a collector is willing to pay for it.

You can attempt to auction it off on Ebay, although you may fetch a superior price at a museum.
