i have a welbilt abm7500 bread machine it was given to me and has no instruction manual nor paddles does any one know how to contact the company to get these i looked on the internet but could not find them please help thanks

Made dough in the bread machine for rolls. Recipe said to put into muffin tins after 90 minute dough cycle. Tasted ok but a little heavy. Should I run it through the "dough" cycle twice?
