How can i record my own tune 4m my keyboard (ctk-281)?

Question

I play keyboard. I hav. CTK-281 keyboard 4m casio.. I want 2 record my tunes played by me on keyboard n make sound clips 4m that.... So that others can listen 4m my profile in orkut....
Actually i wanted 2 know that how can i record it in a good quality..... after recording sound should nt bcme harsh or sme other disturbance.......
U must hav understood my point, what i mean 2 say...
So plz tell me how can i record sound with good quality??
