Isn't it to do with handwriting?

Have you ever noticed a difference in your handwriting when you were tired or perhaps angry? The pressure you used as you wrote may have been heavy or light, depending upon your mood at the time.
Writing is a physical process. The brain sends an order through the nervous system to the arm, hand and fingers. In this way, the intent to write forms deep within the creative processes of the mind and makes writing an expressive gesture representative of the mind behind the pen.
Although not infallible, graphology is far from silly or occult. It is widely used by companies in determining the basic personality profile of potential employees. A company looking for a good outside sales person would be more likely to hire someone whos writing was large and spread out across the page( a sign of an outgoing personality ) rather than a person whos writing was tiny and cramped looking. Many police depts. utilize graphology when a writing sample is found at a crime scene to determine a possible state of mind of the writer as well as other clues that might help in apprehending them.
I hope I've helped!

Graphology is the pseudoscience of projecting personality characteristics onto people's handwriting.
It is silly, but not occult or metaphysical.

I would think that it is not worth dabbling in because it can really throw some people off, and bring about false assumptions about some one that might be damaging to them.
