I just purchased a Diamond Digital Speedometer for my Motorcycle which is a clone / knock-off of the Dakota Digital Speedometer.
My question is how do I program my existing milage into this odometer instead of starting at zero?
Does anyone know any resources for doing this?
There is nothing in the directions but I know it can be done because I have seen them on other bikes but I did not think to ask at the time how they adjusted the odometer.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Digital Wire Plus speedometer, and I needed to know how to reset the trip odometer.
I looked for the company's web site on Yahoo, found it, and there it had an entire manual in adobe you could download for free, with the programing instructions.
Try the same for your speedo.
WAIT!!!! I got it here! Go to this link:

I really think your best bet would be to call or e-mail Diamond customer service and ask them.
I've used Dakota and Autometer and am not aware of any (user) programable odometer setting.

It's generally programmed in to the computer and not the speedo. So hook it up, and that's it
