Is there any cough or congestion accompanying it? Do you suffer from asthma? Any kind of breathing problem can associate with chest pain... because its on your right side, I double it has to do with your heart. Thats a good thing!

Often times, if there is no history of asthma or viral infection, a condition call pleuracy is a possibility. It is simply inflammation of the lungs and the surrounding tissues, characterized by sharp, stabbing pain in the chest.

No matter what, see your doctor. Chest pain is never something you should underestimate.

Chest pains are never something to ignore unless you're sure of the cause and even then, something to take deadly serious, like a heart attack.

Not enough information. Unlikely to be heart related though - more likely anxiety, gastric (indigestion, heartburn) or musculo-skeletal - a pulled muscle or tissue damage. Your doctor needs to examine you to make a definite diagnosis.

As a long term sufferer of heart disease be assured your pain is not associated with your heart. I think you will find it is muscular strain. If it was your heart you wouldn't be sat here now.
