It would depend on what you're peitioning and who you want to see it. Are you looking at something at the state level or the federal level?

I know when I was volunteering on the Kinky for Governor campaign here in Texas, our petitions had to be submitted to the Secretary of the State because we wanted Kinky on the ballot. We were successful by submitting, I believe, about 10 times the number of signatures we needed, and over 85 percent of those were valid.

So, first of all, what is your petition for, is there a required number of signatures necessary, is it federal or state, etc.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!

You might want to think about doing some research to find out how many signatures need to be on this petition. If you send a blank petition to the US Government, what are they supposed to do with it?
