Mine is that whenever I spill salt, no matter WHERE I AM AT< I must throw some over my left shoulder>. My whole family has always done it, and my husband now does it, if he knows whats good for him♥.

Cross the windshield when a black cat crosses my car (but I own one hehe) .. don't pick a penny on tails... also if I see a Cardinal I will blow a kiss at it for good luck... if I see a car with one light blown at nite I kiss my hand and then say "one eyed popeye.."and hit the top of the roof for good luck.... .don't walk under ladders... when holding my loved ones hand and there is a pole don't split it walk around it
One more thing when my left hand itches I scratch it on wood and say "money money money" and then put it in my pocket and usually money comes to me (that is one good thing)
Yes I really do all these things.. and yet still have bad luck :-(

Me too same as you. Even when I was waiting tables and found spilt salt over the shoulder it went. Thankfully I never hit anyone in the face with salt.

I always do that with the salt, I also finish making the bed once I start, I knock on wood but I draw the line at kissing toads.

If I someone asks to look at my knife, usually they open the blade look at it say "sweet" then hand it back while still open. My superstition is that if you open it you MUST close it. If I open my knife and hand it to someone I ask them not to close it. Weird I know, but hey eat me if you think it's stupid.
