The Nuremburg Tribunal clearly states that is a crime to start a war "in violation of national treaties". Those countries who started the war clearly did it against treaties relating to the UN's veto.

The war is not ended and the those who made the decsion are still in power. When hostilities do begin to reduce and there has been a change of administration we may get an enquiry, but don't hold your breath.

We need an enquiry to establish properly if there is a case to answer on evidence not just on how many of us 'feel' as this is only opinion.

Only the losers are prosecuted - if that were not so then Britain would have also been prosecuted for such things as the air raids on Dresden in WW II

That's right plus why haven't 'terrorists' who are invading all countries(now a Buddhist one who don't want to fight) with the serious mission to take-over & turn everyone Islam, get the same treatment the Nazis did? Then they waited til 60 mil were killed, now we have the ACLfU making sure no one 'hurts anyone's feelings'. One border town decided to clamp down on their immigration laws as the illegal crime rate was afffecting them severely, and gues who came to the rescue......of the ILLEGALS, yep you got it.

The US, while pushing for the International Court to punish war criminals, specifically has legislated to protect itself from ever being prosecuted in this court. There will never be accountability for this criminal act.

seeing as the uk and america are permanent members of the UN and NATO i cant ever see it happening, we all know it should and our leaders should be held accountable, but that just isn't how politics works.
