ok here is the thing. my mom was in the hospital having a heart catherazation and i was there then they brought her back and everything was ok no blockages, so my mom said i could go ahead home and come back to get her since she was ok and not there alone, because i had alot of stuff i had to like by yesterday and as soon as i leave like 25 minutes later my cousin calls me and said my aunt had called her and said my uncle was gonna have to come get them cause i left and went home and that she could never leave my mom alone like i did. was it ok or was i in the wrong?

I would have waited to take her home. But since you talked to her and she said to go ahead and go home then actually you were neither right or wrong.

if thats what your mother said then you did the right thing.tell your aunt she is misunderstood what was going on.why hang around the hospital if your mother is fine. listen do not let your relatives lay any guilt trips on you remember they all come with their own baggage and history. if they really give you a hard time tell them to frig off . think about it here you are your mothers sick im sure you feel bad enough and your loser of an aunt lays a guilt trip on you what a piece of work she must be.

You were there first and if everything was OK then you are OK and by the way mom gave you the OK to go don't feel guilty you have no reason

If you acted in accordance with your mother's wishes, you were right. If you were whining about how much you had to get done and your mother told you to leave just to get you out of her hair, then you were wrong.
