Well I feel like you blew it.. If you new that he liked you then you should have went for it if you thought you could of. Never ever doubt yourself. That's not cool. If he changed his number he probably doesn't want to be bothered with you anymore. But.... Don't go to hes house that is crazy.. If he liked you like before maybe it can happen again let him come back to you..

Write him an honest letter about your feelings. My advice is to not make the letter too intense cuz that might frighten him away or freak him out. Just be real and let him know you'd like to hang out--nothing major, maybe have lunch or see a movie or something...approach him offering your friendship above else and make him feel like, no matter what, you just want to be able to connect with him with no pressure or expectations. Also, give yourself time to figure out if you do in fact love him or if it's just "feelings", you know? Good luck

Whatever you do, don't be a stalker. That will ultimately turn him off...
I recommend slipping a note in his mailbox, lightly perfumed with your fragrance, telling him that he crossed your mind that day, and you were wondering what he was up to. It will drop the hint... but make sure you mention that you would have texted him on his phone, but you didn't have his number.
Just make an offer to go get coffee, or meet up with old friends just for fun. That may appeal to him more than you asking for a one on one date.

go to his house and say your a realy nice guy ask him if he thinks the same if so you have a connection be as freindly as you are show your true colures if he likes you for who you are then you are then dating
