Oh hell I'm never good at the plan part...just call and pretend you're from the daycare, tell them my daughter's really sick...

OK you go in to the workplace pull the fire alarm,everybody will start running like chickens with their heads cut off,i don't care how many times they've practiced it.run straight for where she's at, throw a towel over her head and run to the car put her in the back seat lying down until you get out of sight and then go to where you need to be and you'll be sipping a drink and enjoying the day in no time

Turn up at her place of work, tell who ever you speak to first you are looking for her, use her full name, say you are a relative and there is a family emergency and you have come to take her home. It will work but i am a great believer in not tempting fate, choice is yours

Dead relative always worked for me. Just pick someone who's already dead so the karma doesn't bite you in the @ss.
