I have installed windows Me on my computer, is it possible to attach the hard on other computer and use the same operating system without new installation?

yes it is my brother did that he placed a windows 98 hard disc in a windows xp and it work

this is a bios issue;if the other computer has close to the same hardware---maybe.if none of the hardware components are the same or even close--then you will get an error message stating that windows could not start..but you could use partitioning software to create an additional partition ,and install another system on the new Volume.

If it is the exact same computer, yes. Otherwise, you will probably have to perform a repair install. Windows does not like having motherboards switched on it.

No, the IDE bus only supports 1 host and (up to) 2 drives.

And why would anyone install ME? Why install an outdated unreliable OS when you could install a supported unreliable OS like XP or a really outdated unreliable OS like Win98se?
