it can happen at any age but usually in the late 30's to mid 40's. lots of reasons why. medications, stress, family issues, lack of self esteem. a big one is being stretched in so many directions that it's just one more thing to do and it feels like work. sometimes they just want to sleep. it will come back. in my case, it was when my stress level dropped and i could relax.

Yes, I think that women do have a sexual drive like men. But I am impatient so mine always kicks into gear before the wives. But the way I look at it, I think a woman ALWAYS has a sexual drive, it just might not be with you anymore (in general, people, in general). I think technically, if you can make the sexual dept. the one place where there is always something new, then she will keep some drive. Also, patience is always a key, because women CAN wait until they are horney, and then 3 hours more. And people won´t even be able to tell the difference. So, with patience, and being INCREDIBLE in the bedroom, maybe she can come to you....lol, maybe not, but it pays to dream...you would be surprised what you can get if you just ask nicely...lol. Nice, dude, nice..rof. Love and Respect.

Maybe during menopause...and yes she can get it back....no particular age...menopause can start in the 30, 40, or 50's...I believe the norm is the 50's. Hormone Replacement therapy is one way that might help, there are other options, the woman should speak with her physician, find out what is right for her individual need. I might not be menopause, it could be depression, it could be her partner.

Whatever the case, seek help from a medical specialist.

Sometimes too much stress, weight gain, or feeling like the relationship lacks something can cause a loss in sex drive. But the good news is she can get it back! Try helping out around the house a little extra for a while and ask her for a date night, try to be extra attentive and she just might come around!

The reasons are too varied to simplify here. There are numerous biological and psychological and emotional reasons.

But everyone who doesn't know the difference between "loose" and "lose" should be hit with a wet noodle a few times.

People LOSE their sex drives, they do not LOOSE their sex drives.

Sorry but that one drives me crazy. It's right up there with "I am to full two eat any more" and "Free kitten's" or "3 taco's - 99 cent's."

many things can cause it....

Stress, child birth, low self-esteem, hormone changes, fatigue just to name a few. Once things settle down it will come back. Womens prime sexual age is between 25-40. They grow into enjoying sex with age. Unlike men who it decreases with age. By 25-30 it is slowing down. And they wonder why there are so many lesbians

It depends on the woman and the kind of relationship you have with the woman. If you are experiencing a lull in your relationship then i would suggest you try to to figure what's wrong and ask your partner how you can help her regain the passion that was once there.
If she sees that you are genuine she will tell you especially if she loves you.But be patient. She may expect you to already know what is wrong.Keep trying and also don't expect sex.Make sure you take care of your girl first before she takes care of you.

There are many things that can cause a woman to loose her sex drive. Hormones is one of them. If a woman has recently had a baby or recently changed birth control methods this could cause it to fluctuate. If a woman has reached menopausal stage also. Have any woman check with her ob/gyn. There are treatment methods for this problem.

There are lots of reasons....could be that it is painful, and does not want to say, so it is just better to abstain...when the problem may be that there is a cyst or tumor present. she could be getting urinary tract infections and we all know those are painful...it helps greatly to head to the bathroom to p after sex...this will flush out any bacteria that you may have shoved up there.....she may be depressed, she may be taking meds that cause this lack of sex drive. there are lots of reason, and these are only a few.....yes it can come back...may take a while.....if you appear to be only interested in having sex, and not romancing her to get her aroused...this could be another reason.....we don't like to be treated like a piece of meat.....without romance we feel as though we are just a piece of meat and nothing more....so take you wife out......some....show her some romance....show her that you can touch her with out getting any.
