Smoke from the blast furnace is a negative externality since there are spillover side effects which harm others, not benefit others. Everything else on the list shows positive spillovers, since all other transactions would be beneficial to those not directly involved.

Positive Market Externality:
Positive - indicates that benefits are derived therefrom
Market Externality - indicates that the benefits are not fully included in the price determined in the market

A hint: generally, pollution is a negative externality. You can also eliminate any of the above that do not provide benefits externally (ie to persons not directly involved in the transaction)
