A private good is rivalrous and excludable. Which means that if Ms. P is consuming the good you cannot and if Ms. P paid for it you cannot. So because Ms. P bought the sweater, you and I are unable to, excludable. And since she is wearing/consuming it no one else can, rivalrous. That makes it a private good.

I'll give you some hints and let you deduce:
* A public good implies that an additional person can use the sweater without Ms. P's usage being reduced. Ie, you can fit a limitless number of people in it without stretching it.
* A common pool resource sweater implies that Ms. P can use the sweater one day, Mr. X can use it another, Mrs. G another, etc.
* A Free Rider sweater means Ms. P cannot charge the additional persons using her sweater for their usage because she cannot identify them.
* A purely private sweater is enjoyed by Ms. P alone.
* A toll sweater is for the use of anyone so long as they pay a toll to Ms. P.
