If you are in the UK, this would not be classified as child abuse - as you are 16, and therefore considered to be a sexual adult in eyes of the law. What you are experiencing is sexual assault and is a matter for the police. You can tell your parents - they will want to know.

Im so gonna get lotsa thumbs down here I know but I gotta speak my mind. I gave most reliable answers to your qn here a thumbs up and I think the ppl here give excellent advice. They pretty much echoed what I thought.
Sandy it IS IMPORTANT for you to know this is serious and you HAVE TO do something about this. Ppl who hurt you esp sexually should be punished. They destroy the confidence, life and traumatise the victims possibly for life. I know because I was one when I was very young.
Having said then, I cldnt help noticing your previous qns and also the kinda answers you ve been asking here on y!answers. Im now questioning your credibility. If by any chance, you are goofing around here, I think you shd be ashamed of yourself. These ppl here really cares for you and bother to waste their time advising you. They are strangers yet they are supporting and encouraging you to take a wise step forward. I hope this is not a sick joke. Good luck.

Hi you dont say which country you are in so I am going to assume the UK, you need to contact Child Line straight away on 0800 1111 and talk to a councellor, you cannot let this wait, you cannot be sure that this person will stop at touching and he may try to take things to a new level, you have to get immediate help.
I have added the web address for child Line so that you can read all about them if you need to, that should reassure you that they are there purely to help you, they wont judge you, they wont dis-believe you, your welfare and safety is all that they are worried about.
DONT WAIT DO IT NOW

Kay, well I would tell your parents about it, and tell him to stop touching you becuase you feel violated, and that you find the "dirty talk" to be inappropriate and disturbing. Express your feelings; for the most part a person who sexually abuses you ( yes this is abuse and i think you know that because you feel uncomfortable with the whole situation ) do not like victims who are willing to fight back. My point is address this to him and your parents, if they dont believe you, call a helpline and if he DOES ANYMORE i would even call the cops. You might as well catch it before it gets even worse.. like Rape, forcing you to do oral etc. When you tell him this he will most likely deny it or twist it around, saying oh i was only joking i never meant to blah blah bullshit. Hes a sick freak, and its part of his strategy. If your bestfriend hears about it and shes up set or all like wtf? why would you say that about my dad, just tell her what hes doing and you respect their firendship and you didnt want this to hurt her but you feel violated and hes doing something wrong.
Also think about what hes doing to you, maybe he does even worse to his own daughter? maybe- maybe not.
Anyways hope this helps.. <3

Please you MUST tell someone....
E-mail a note to your mum or dad if it is easier to do than face to face.
This man must be stopped because you know that if you don't stop him, he'll do it to others or worse.
You don't know if he is already touching his own daughter (your best friend).
ChildLine Tel no: 0800 1111
It is a free helpline for children and young people in the UK.
Children and young people can call them on 0800 1111 to talk about any problem – their counsellors are always here to help you sort it out.

You absoltuley MUST tell someone, or next time he does it tell him you don't like him doing it. Please inform your parents or another adult. He has no right to touch you like this, it is abuse. You do not have to suffer this alone, but you must tell someone before it gets out of hand, and shame on this pervert, because don't think for a second anyone is going to blame you ok? Regardless of how old a woman is, if a man touches her without her permission in certain areas it is sexual assault and punishable by the law. Please get some help. xxxxxx

YES YOU CAN tell your parents.....DO IT NOW..he may be doing this to someone else.....get this horrible beast arrested before he does further damage to you...DO NOT allow him to touch you again, if he attempts it...kick him hard in the testicles and run.... and don't be scared of him, tell someone....go to the police and report him, if he is threatening you not to tell, then tell him that you will tell, it will keep him away, ignore his threats, there's way too many child molesters in this world....do not become a statistic...get him in jail before he does this to someone else...this person may be abusing his daughter too...so ask her about it and tell her whats been going on.....don't let him get away with this...he needs to be in jail

Call child line - don't wait. This is inappropriate behaviour and trust me the man should be stopped in his tracks. Please phone them, I can't emphasise enough. And if you want to tell your parents do tell them, it could be worse for them if you don't and they find out later on. Good luck xx
