H2SO4+2NaOH = Na2SO4 +H2O
you need 2 molecules of NaOH for 1 molecule of acid .

So 18cm^3 of NaOH can neutralize 9cm^3 of 1.0 molar sulphuric acid

As you have neutralized 25cm^3

you can write 25 *molarity = 9*1

molarity = 9/25 = 0.36M
