31 minutes. I've waking up at exactly 8:44 lately, but my alarm is set for 9:15. I usually try to squeeze in those few extra minutes of sleep, though

I never wake up before the alarm. Always after I hit snooze a couple of times.

I don't use an alarm ! My cats wake me up between 6 and 6:15 am every morning !

i wake up an hour after that... why do you need the alarm if u wake up before the alarm rings??

the alarm wakes us up but we set it 20 mins before we really need to get up
that is our time to cuddle before we start the rat race
