get tired of always hearing how you're thoughtless,only care about sex, and lots of other not so lovely things that some jaded women say about you? I was just going over some of my old questions when I was confussed and sad about stuff and seeing how many kind and wonderful answers I got from men. Just wanted to say I don't agree with those women. Yes, there are some bad guys out there, but there are bad girls too. Also, wanted to say thank you to the MANY MANY nice,kind,caring, considerate guys out there. The women in your lives are very lucky. : )

What impresses me is the solid advice that men do give women who are in bad situations (cheating husbands, abusive relationships) and yes, we women do appreciate the compassion and kind words. As a whole, I feel that the women who have good men in their lives and those of us who don't recognize and acknowledge in our posting those kind acts. If you men are feeling a little jaded, thank you for being here for us!

Dove, yes, there are some real turd men out there but there truly are some good men also. I think the problem is women are barraged with the idea that a man has to be PERFECT. He needs to have the body of a 20 year old Olympic swimmer (even though he's older than that) , a six figure income, doesn't drink or smoke, is incredibly romantic at all times and has no flaws.
Problem is, there is no such man out there. I feel like if a man takes care of his wife and family, makes time for them, is there in the bad times as well as the good, pays his bills on time, has a sense of humor and tries to make life as easy as possible on his wife, he's a good man. Trouble is, most women don't want that.
Kind of frustrating for us Average Joes out there.

I'm not a man, but I'm ashamed of my gender when women say these things. Of course, it's just yahoo answers and the real women I interact with are nothing at all like these answers, but some of the women on here are flipping bints!

You have given me renewed hope in the fairer sex. I get extremely tired of hearing how I'm this and that. I DO care about sex but I also care about finding out how to make my woman happy. Thanks for noticing us guys. Your man is lucky he has someone like you.

Well thank you, its hard being a man sometimes, some woman seem to think we got it made and we are all the same. Causes a bitterness between both sexes, even though sometimes i bash woman, I really love them, they just piss me off a lot.
