Yes, it DOES hurt that bad!!! The penis and testicles are the most sensitive part of a man's body - and they feel pain intensely!! Imagine if somebody turned you upside down and poured boiling water into your vagina - then you can imagine how we feel when we get kicked in the nuts!!!!

It's a pretty vulnerable place. It's a good place to smack someone, even if they are huge because it reduces even the biggest attackers to a howling 3 year old.

it does hurt alot i cant describe it its not pain in your nuts it travels up from your nuts to the pit of your stomach as well it just hurts alot
