Your going to have to trust your instincts on this one. I don't want to alarm you thou the story is a little suspect concerding anyone who is going to rape you is going to rape you, no real inbetween on that. Unless he was just trying hardcore to get her to doing it willingly and eventually she just didn't want to do it. So could be a testment to her love for you. I'd just keep an eye on her, if its geniune then your concerns will vanish fast. But if she is gamin you buddy this want be the last time something suspect comes up. For the time being thou if she doesn't have a history then take her word for it and comfort her, its why your there.
