Maybe because it occured three weeks earlier than usual this year?

I think it is because, the normal day time savings is supposed to be later, and my cell phone also did not change with daylight savings , i needed to change it myself! So i guess it has to do with daylight savings happening earlier.

Same problem with mine so I just changed to the next time zone and will change back when time change occurs next time.

Presumably no-one has told it to. Atomic clocks are callibrated to GMT, EST or whatever standard time is appropriate. Summer time however, is not standard time.
