If someone says "Execute all Republicans", is that hate speech? What if they smile when they say it, is it still hate speech? What if it was said about any other group of people- blacks, Jews, asians, gays, liberals, women..... Wouldn't we have the liberal media creating a national crisis? Yes it is....Being a Republican myself, I would find myself spending a lot of time in prayer for the person who said it, Even said with a smile doesn't make it right or less hateful, no matter what group it was against. Yes the liberal media would have a hey-day with stories....We saw with Anna Nicole Smith, how once they grab a story they hold they repeat it and variations of it over and over and over.

Yes it is, but the grace of God overlook such short comings, and only justice, that it hurts no-one further is appropriate to pursue, for the sake of civility in world, so that each may learn without fear of anything except betraying wisdom and truth.

Yes, but liberals and minorities get away with it all the time. But if a conservative white man says it, they expect him to give up his job and go on some kind of apology tour.
