The deadly critters are called "cops" and you're right, they want to take you and the drugs away. The best thing to do is get a GP (Ghetto Pass) in an area the cops don't go much and chill there for a while. You get all the drugs you want with no worries!

If you did not use drugs, you would have no reason to be scared.
You need to be more concerned about the men and women in blue coming to arrest you, and confiscate the drugs.
I don't believe that the deadly critters from the darkness exist in this world, are you hallucinating?

i think the reason you see these critters from the darkness is because of the drugs. maybe the critters are trying to take away your drugs because they don't want you to be high. think of them as your conscious self... maybe there not as bad as you think.
