I would shoot the molester in the private parts then call the police. Death has no pain, and any person who molests anyone especailly a child should suffer a long and painful life.
2nd question: The new trial would be for pain and suffering. I do not think any person on a jury would have sympathy for the child molester therefore, I say NO I would not convict the person who shot the good for nothing piece of crap they would be a hero.

If there have been no witnesses different then the youngster, i'd right away take concerns into my personal palms. If there have been witnesses round, i'd carry him until eventually eventually the cops got here. for sure he may be damage with per chance diverse damaged bones because he fought back attempting to escape.
