I think the laws of the world should be changed so that any pensioner has the right to take whatever they want. If you've lived that long then you should be able to make your own choices about your own little wrinkly body.

Probably not since it was just steroids, but even if had been something worse the answer probably still would be no, since they would just slap them with a large fine and let them off.
