You must be young. People divorce because they lose interest in each other extends father than the bedroom. Sure, they care about their kids, they love their kids. They just don't love each other anymore. It happens and it's ok. The kids will be fine. It sounds like your parents are divorcing. I'm sorry. If your parents are unhappy with each other, then staying together for this kids or any other reason isn't going to make them happy. They can be happier on their own. I hope you find someone who can work through this issue with you.

adults need the sexual side of the relationship to be fullfilled. otherwise, it'd be like being married to a close friend. sexual frustration can lead to infidelity, anger & a whole lot of trouble. not that they don't care about the kids, but they will likelybe miserable if they stay this way. and then the kids would sense this.

THERE ARE ALOT of reasons!!! Some people can live with a scarce sex life, others cannot. The kids are not the problem and staying together is not the solution sometimes. Counseling!

sex is a big part of marriage, but people really divorce because they do not love each other anymore. it doesn't have anything to do with the kids. the kids did not do anything wrong and their parents will continue to love them. my friends whose parents stayed together for their sake hated it. they felt it was their fault their parents were miserable because they stayed together because of them. My neices were heart broken when their parents divorced last year, now everyone is happier and my sister and her ex are friends.

That is a very good question. To often couples are more interested in themselves then what is best for the kids. It is sad really. We are a me generation if it makes me happy then it is ok. To bad because our children are the biggest losers.

Sex is a very important part of your marriage. If one is withholding, it's not fair to anyone. Sexual frustration will lead to other problems in the marriage also. Do you want your kids to see that and feel that tension in the air? You'll be teaching them that's how a marriage is supposed to be. Bad move.
