implantation happens 6-12 days after you ovulate. That happens about 14 days after your last period. It would happen a few days before your period. your period for most people comes no longer than 16 days after you ovulate. I ovulate on the 14th and then my period has been coming on the 16th. This time I had a really mild brown wipe. My period isn't due until 9 more days.

First thing I would like to point out is with most women, there is no implantation bleeding. But, if it does happen, it would come in place of your missed period. But, it is not like a period. It's different in color, texture, and length.

Implantation bleeding occurs after your missed period. At that time it should be some spotting that can last from 1 hour to a few days. If it gets heavier like your having your period go see the doctor to be safe.

i think it can be a little before, a little after or at the time of your missed period- being that the implantation can occur anytime around there

About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.

Most women do not get implantation bleeding and those who do, get it when the fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterine wall when pregnant.
