I have the choice to feed my 2 months old daughter Enfamil with Lipil lactose free or the Similac Lactose Free... Has anyone tried these products and have a recommendation? From what i reading, the Enfamil seems a better choice?

Both are equally good. I used Enfamil (regular) for my three, but this is what the hospital gave me to start and that is what I stayed with. One at work was given Similac and that is what they used. If you feel Enfamil seems better, get a small tub and see how your daughter does.

Take care.

Similac Lactose Free

I have tried both my daughter is on the similac because the enfamil gave her horrible constipation. The doctor told me to wait a week or so to let it get into her system, but the constipation did not go away so against my doctors wishes I gradually mixed in the similc until it was the only thing that she was on and all was well from then on out. The choice is up to you and what your babies stomach agrees with best.

They are essentially the same. I have tried both ( I use Similac Alimentum now) but I have found that Enfamil's lactose free formula doesn't mix up as easily as Similac. I had a harder time getting the clumps out, but if you are using the Ready to feed it wouldn't matter anyway. Hope this helps!

I would use Enfamil only because i found that it's easier on the babies bellies. When i used similac on my babies they seemed to be more gassy. It's up to you, there right around the same price. Plus you'll find that the enfamil formula is nice and thin where as the other is more thicker.

I use the Similac, as my son doesn't like the Enfamil stuff. I'd go with whichever your baby likes. Or you could even use both if she likes them. I use both Nestle Soy and Similac soy based formulas.

Go with your doctor's recommendation.
