I'm a 21 year old male who never learnt to ride a push-bike. I have my CBT test in 2 weeks so I can ride a scooter or motorbike. Is it possible to teach yourself to ride a push-bike in this length of time? Road sense is no problem, I have a full driving license, it's mostly just balance that I have a problem with.

2 weeks is plenty of time. Many motorcycle safety courses are just one weekend. You won't be a professional at the end of the course but you should be proficient enough to pass the test. From there you just keep practicing...

I'm sure you can, but why not get a buddy who already knows how to ride help you out so you wont get hurt.
