Crimes against humanity is not a specific federal crime.
So, someone cannot be impeached for it.

If you're talking about Bush, there are plenty of federal laws that he has admitted breaking, many of them federal crimes. As confirmed by numerous federal courts.

But "crimes against humanity" isn't one of them.

- He is messing up the middle east with these policies that failed (because now Iraqis die every single day).
- He is supporting a surge in Iraq even though the american people (and most politicians) don't support it.
- His adminstration is provoking war with Iran. Trying their best to prove Iran is responsible for the Iraq civil war...and thus wanting to shift blame away from the US.
- He condones torture on "suspect terrorist" - meaning an innocent person who is coerced into confession through torture and fear of death, is guilty! (reminds me of the Salem witch trials).
- He authorized the SECRET spying of millions of his fellow citizens private phone records without a court order, which goes against their 4th amendment right.

The man clearly goes against America's wishes, the constitution, and that of the Geneva Convention.

This should make the Americans mad! But they are not doing anything about it. They voted for Democratic dominance in politics but it didn't make any difference.

This shows me that the American Republic is failing and it shows the world that Americans don't control their own government.

Because they didn't elect enough power drunk democrats to pull off a successful impeachment.....and they'd rather not have Dick Cheney in charge instead.

Because he has not commited any offense by which impeachment is possible. I love it! The libs just keep spinning their wheels and crying like whipped babies, while our beloved President continues to govern the greatest nation in the world.
