For the entire last trimester, your baby is doing nothing but growing and preparing to live life on it's own rather than depending on you to eat and breathe for him. The pains could be litterally growing pains and your baby is doing just that. Or, maybe when you sleep, he does to andmaybe he sleeps in a location that is uncomfy to you, but bc you are asleep, you don't realize it. Therefore it hurts when you wake up. It could be as simple as that, however if you are overly worried, you should always contact your OB to ensure mommy and baby are fine. You know your body better than anyone:)

Good Luck...These last several weeks are by far the hardest, but the end result is also by far worth it :)

Could just be normal body stretching. Especially if this is your first. Your body does have to get ready. I would call the doc to be sure, but I used to take baths to soothe the belly and pelvic pain.

could just be round ligament pains. either that or it could be the way that you are sleeping. sometimes i sleep so long in one position that when i want to roll over or get up, i have to do it very slowly because the baby got used to that one position and needs to move. it hurts if i go too fast. i would say that it's nothing to worry about.

well it could be things streaching or theres a chance that it's braxten hicks, as long as they stop and don't cause you a lot of pain then you should be ok, talk to your doctor about it next time you go in
