It is called LININ PEACE PRIZE.

INDIARA GANDHI was awarded the Lenin Peace Prize (for 1983-84).

The International Stalin Prize or the International Stalin Prize for Strengthening Peace Among Peoples, was the Soviet Union's equivalent to the Nobel Peace Prize. It was awarded by an international panel appointed by the Soviet government to notable individuals who the panel felt had "strengthened peace among peoples". The renamed Lenin Peace Prize is apparently still being awarded by the Russian government.

I assume you are talking about the Order of Lenin, the highest honor awarded by the former Soviet Union.

I'm not having much luck finding an Indian woman who won. There was an Indian Cosmonaut who was named Hero of the Soviet Union.
