It just seems unfair that surgury is only for the rich and famous, some of us out here have low self esteems and would love surgury to enhance our lives and give us the confidence, maybe i would find a man then!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a breast reduction that was covered 100% by my insurance.

you can get it free on the NHS if it seriously effects your mental health. See your doctor. You may have to milk it and be put on anti depresents but eventually you should get the surgery. whether its your nose, boobs, tummy tuck etc.. This is in the UK by the way.

YES! If you or your spouse is in the armed services, they offer free plastic surgery to give the doctors a chance to "practice".. hmmm...
