like yoi said, try re-installin ur original sound card driver dat came wit ur system, if dat doez not work, make sure dat if u were usin any audio propper like Jet Audio and u had configured ur filez to it as default, then u hav 2 re-install it. Lottz of luck.

Install the drivers for your sound card, it sounds like they aren't installed. You may want to look at your device manager and see what else didn't get installed.

is the sound muted? check to see if the sound somehow got muted!! go to start programs acessories (one of the next ones is got it but not shure you may haft to check them! i think communications) volume control!
