go to www.yourdays.com and it will help you calculate when the best time is to have sex to have a baby!
Don't worry so much about it....being stressed does not help at all. My husband and I tried for baby number 4 for over 13 months when the other 5 pregnancies(had two miscarriages) happened almost instantly. Keep your head up and keep trying!

Conception can be a very trying time. The first thing is to keep your head up! Followed very closely by seeing your gyno and making sure that you have had recent pap smears and exams. A diet rich in Folic Acids has been proven to help significantly raise the odds of conception. Something that your doc will be very adamant about, is that you do not smoke. Of course, no alcohol is a given. Make sure to track your menstrual cycle and feel free to use at home ovulation tests to help you better understand your cycle. Your gyno and your pharmacist can recommend the best test for you. If after a year of trying, you have no success, a fertility test may be a good idea. Try these websites too! Good luck!

Relax....don't you know that things don't happen when you want them too. Being over anxious or over stressed about it won't help either. We did the same thing..I think with my first my hubby looked at me and I got pregnant! The second was not so easy. It took almost 2 years for me to get pregnant again.
They do sell ovulation prediction kits which is worth a try (can't hurt).
I suggest that you keep on trying but don't get all wrapped up in it. It will happen! Sometimes things happen for a reason...maybe your body is just not ready yet.
Good Luck & have fun!

Read this book
Taking charge of your fertility by toni weschler. It's a fantastic way to get to know your body and your fertility.
Start charting, a great free site is http://www.fertilityfriend.com
you just temp every morning with a basal body thermometer and record the readings.
If you are using lube, stop. Try using something called pre-seed (just search it) it helps with sperm mobility and a super fantastic lubricant.
Seriously though read the book, it will get you a lot further in your TTC journey. You'll be able to tell if you are ovulating or not and feel more in control of the TTC process.
Here is a good TTC forum as well http://forums.delphiforums.com/conceive/start
You'll have to sign up but there are fantastic women there that are doing the same thing you are.
One last thing here is a good site on pregnancy tests..likely you'll be using a bunch :) I know I did!!!

Good luck to you, I hope you catch your egg soon!

Don't be too worried, normal healthy couples could wait up until a year to fall pregnant, thereafter have it checked out!
You should try having sex on your ovulation day. Increase hubby's sperm count - cool those boys off! Caffeine has been said to give the boys a boost! Most importantly - relax! All in good time...

When we tried for our first child, my wife stopped taking her birth control that she'd been on for 9 years. A week later she was pregnant.
When we tried for our second child, we went a few months before it worked. A doctor advised a friend of hers to drink some Robitussin an hour before sex. This loosens up a mucus membrane at the cervix, allowing better access for the swimmers to get to the egg. It worked for us too, and for some other friends of ours.

Talk with your OBGYN. They can help teach you about basil body temp, timing ovulation and when to have intercourse to increase your chances of conception.
Go to the bookstore or library. There is a book called "How to Choose the Sex of your Baby". It is chocked full of information regarding conception.
Good luck.
