No but they are good friends and they do look as if they could be. They both grew up in boston and both are former singers in a band, they star in movies together and when they don't they act in movies that are similar but that's as far as it goes.

No not that I'm aware of, but he does have a brother that acts as well. I think his name is Daniel Wahlberg - he plays the cop in Saw 3. (the one who's son is playing the game with the rest of them)
