There are other countries too like us which seem to have outwardly adopted western culture. It' purely the case of trying to ape what is considered to be the best, and in today's materialist and cosumerist world the best is the one with the fattest wallet. There is a lot of confusion of values. All the same, there also seems to be a beginning of awakening or else how would all d meditation centers and art of living programs be doing so well. Indian weddings, costumes, festivals, music, and movies are catching everyone's fancy. Indian culture in fact is making an impact all over d world. have u not read about henna tatto, nosepins, bindi et al being adopted by westerners. Infact dandiya raas, indian marriage, holi festival are getting popular all over the world. The Indians are finding their place of pride in the world and soon they will not hesitate to show off thei own culture which will be even more copied by others. It's just a matter of time.

Why not?
We can experiment and live and indulge in Indian culture
There are a few villages in India where Sanskrit is still spoken
http://www.saag.org/BB/view.asp?msgID=27442
So there are some who still value traditions and are upholding it
The more we go back into time and tradition, the older practices and traditions seem to be more relevant to todays life...
1. Start following one tradition every day.. Simple things like
.... bathe and then eat!!!!!
2. Fast on certain days
3. Respect elders
4. Eat greens!!!!
5. Do not eat dinner after 6.00 pm
6. Do not take salt on certain days
7. Do not eat rice every day
8. Share your food
9. Don't accumulate wealth beyond what you need
10. Be kind to animals
11. Protect trees - they are as valuable as ur mother
12. Protect your environment - that is your future
13. Never eat old food - animals are waiting to eat it.
14. Wake up early, sing loudly.......
These sound like a doctors prescription right.. and they are
such simple traditions.....
There is nothing wrong in Indian culture, it is just so ancient... we need to give it a new form and shape thats all

degenerate culture and become progressive. By 2020,
Indian society would have significantly expanded its
thinking. .... Spiritual books, originating from India,
will become extremely popular and command a global
audience. From 2010, winds of spiritualism will blow
across the entire world, awakening more and more people
in its wake. Where limits of (modern) science end,
spiritualism begins. .... Along with scientific
progress, intellectuals will start recognizing the
importance of spiritualism. .... From 2050, a new era
will begin...."

that is the tendency of man to adapt and follow ones culture to forget his own culture which he do not like and soon the culture which he adapted will become a culture of that country who a dapted it. In generally speaking, we are bound to follow and adapt cultures of some countries which we like to be like our country.

Humanity has a tendency to have a collective interest relating to the international around them, as properly as a collective hierarchical mentality, to no longer point out a very energetic mind's eye. that's why you detect scientists that are so dedicated to their analyze; something pursuits them and that they only might desire to appreciate approximately it. i think faith hyperlinks extra heavily with philosophy, the place one might attempt to respond to questions by way of making use of questioning approximately it, or in line with danger by making use of getting into into altered states of understanding (purely what bush did Moses inhale the burning fumes of, besides?). If there are no triumphing motives, then one is in line with danger susceptible to have faith despite happens to make sense to them on the time. As for afterlife ideals, there are various achieveable factors. For one, that's rather complicated to look after the concept, in case you die, your understanding purely ends. no person has experienced what that's desire to no longer have understanding, because violates what it skill to be unsleeping. once you lose understanding, there's no perception or time or, certainly, perception in any respect. that's oftentimes a daunting concept. additionally, it makes people who've purely lost companion and young infants sense lots extra effective in the event that they hear "your husband is in a extra effective place," rather than "your husband is an unthinking, unfeeling, decaying mass of flesh." human beings have a bent to, while they do no longer in straight forward terms succumb to negativity (suicide, case in point), delude themselves into questioning their difficulty is extra effective than that's (Stockholm syndrome). the former needless to say being much less acceptable, there is little ask your self that afterlife ideals might come into being. i do no longer think of that faith and spirituality are inevitably a factor of regular human habit, lots as a manifestation of something that i think is, which, as I pronounced before, is the human desire for clarification. additionally, did you propose "derivation from primary human habit" or "deviation from primary human habit?"
