How good is this service dollar wise for forclousures and getting an edge on other type of services? Were in early stages of looking for properties to repair & Flip.We know about the local clerks office and the info there but want to know more about this service and if anyone used it and how they liked it or not....

I tried them out but canceled the service before my free trial was over. I didn't find it any more helpful and most of the properties were already in the process of foreclosure and it was too late to get in. I would check the local newspapers and see if the classified have ads that tell of homes that will be on the market for auction.
