How good is this service dollar wise for forclousures and getting an edge on other type of services? Were in early stages of looking for properties to repair & Flip.We know about the local clerks office and the info there but want to know more about this service and if anyone used it and how they liked it or not....

If you go and search up the sheriffs office in the county your looking to buy a foreclosure in, they have a current list of foreclosures for sale. Don't waste your money on these predators looking to make a buck selling free information.

If they don't have a website call them and they will give you the list.

don't waste your time or $, I signed up for a trial but cx before I was charged. The database is not updated regularly, I would wind up doing research on homes and find out that they were sold months ago though they were listed as new pre-forclosures. Like the person before me wrote, you can get a free list of upcoming sherriff sales by going to your county website and finding the sherriff's office.
