I pay an average of $17 and change for 4 x 8 sheets. I'll assume 10 ft. isn't usual, but probably can be ordered.

around $28-$38 a 4 x 8 x 5/8 sheet last year, but building prices have come down significantly since then. The 10' pieces would definatley have to be special ordered, I would guess around $40-%50 a sheet in 5/8 and a bit more for 3/4.

anywhere from 20 to 60 dollars a sheet, it will have to be special ordered Lumber stores usually only carry 8' pieces. also you will need to know if you want select or premium the only difference is the amount of football plugs in the finsh.

It'll run you anywhere from 18-30 dollars depending on where you go. You may have trouble finding a ten foot sheet though, I bellieve they usually come in 4X8 sheets
