I highly doubt it because some of the more advanced accounting classes require pre-requisite basic accounting classes. Therefore you can receive an associates degree in 2 years but within 1 year it is highly unlikely.

No. You can get an associate degree in acctg or finance in 2 years, but a bachelors degree would be impossible. The course work is far too difficult to even conceive of finishing in 2 years, much less 1.
