Not always. I know some very pretty-on-the-outside-but-ugly-as-heck-on-the-inside people......They're not that special...

You know i've heard that you can be pretty on the outside and still be ugly.I know what that means.Have you ever met someone that everyone else thought was goodlooking and your standing there thinking ("Oh Hell No")Yuck.Well think about it.I have then you get to know that person and all of a sudden they dont look so hot.I met a man 20yrs ago who technically was not my type but the moment he spoke and his personality shown through he was the most handsome man i ever met,and we are still married till this day (Happily I might add).So attractiveness is also the persons personality.

its one of the many that makes a person attractive, there are some ugly faces that also attractive but most of the time being pretty counts a lot.
