to tell your spouse about your fantasies? For example, telling him about the guy at the gym that you often fantasize about. If you can't tell your spouse, then don't you think you should not be fantasizing. After all, if you are doing something and your spouse would disapprove if they knew, isn't that cheating?

If you and your spouse can share these fantansies with each other and are perfectly ok with it, is your marriage still unadulterated?

There definately isn't . We fail to communicat on every level I told him I fantasize and he seemed to think I was weird. Fantasizing isn't cheating it is a coping factor.

My wife and I have a great deal of trust in each other and in our relationship. One of our favorite things to do in bed is tell each other our sexual fantasies during sex. These fantasies almost always involve other people doing the things that most people fantasize about. We are both mature enough to realize that things we we fantasize about would really suck in reality. We trust each other enough that we know we will not be judged by sharing our fantasies no matter how graphic or raunchy they sometimes are..........Fantasy is like spice, use too much and the flavor becomes ruined, not enough can be bland. Overall this has helped this relationship become most enjoyable sex I have ever had.

Yes, there is. It's wonderful. We've been married 15 years and it took us a while to get to this point. It's wonderful to be able to trust someone like that. Not be judged. To have complete and total trust with another person.

fantasizing about other people is not cheating. i understand that anything that your partner would think is wrong is cheating, but if your partner is in the wrong with their feelings because they are insecure, is it still cheating? why do you have to be labeled a cheater because your partner is insecure?
