Magnet & Steel by Walter Egan?
If You Go Away by Terry Jacks?
Lover's Concerto by The Toys?

All 4 of these are very, very relaxing.

Diary by Bread. It's also a sad song. And other songs by Bread. I think many of their songs are somewhat "depressing" or has a sad mood.

Oh man, Seasons in the Sun still depresses me when I hear it. I don't know of any other songs that do that.
