I suggest we dispatch Al Gore to these planets right away to make Oscar winning documentaries about how we are ruining these places.

nothing we can do about the weather anyhow
Oh wait we did manage to remove the haze covered poluted air from our major cities .
I was in New York , New York back in 1970 and you could not see the top of the empire state building or the statue of liberty for all the pollution in the air .
I got off the plane and my eye's began to tear and burn . It took several days to acclimate to the polluted air .
Today however it is possible to see the tops of the tall buildings almost everyday , and the statue of liberty is no longer shrouded in mystery some place over there . We can see and breath again thanks to the efforts to reduce pollution .But people like you will just say that mans impact on the planet is inconsequential and that the suns more active cycle is to blame for the rise in temperatures .
Funny thing about to much carbon in the air . It makes people less aware of whats going on around them . Just like people who attach a hose to the exhaust pipe of their car and run it into the passenger area . A period of mild euphoria and well being comes over them before death .
This is what we look forward to in the future if we continue to add to the problem .

You guys keep failing to see the most important point in all this!!!

Increasing the amount of greenhouse gases (GHG's) in earth's atmosphere at the same time the Sun is getting "hotter" will prevent the earth from dissipating the Sun's energy. If the earth is unable to dissipate the increased energy from the Sun, actually trapping more and more newly delivered energy, the earth gets exponentially hotter!

Its a scientific fact that if a body like our earth can not dissipate the energy it receives from the sun, it will melt!

The only thing that can save the earth in this scenario of increased greenhouse effect plus more solar energy hitting the earth is for the Sun itself to somehow detect that earthlings are *&^%#$@-up with their GHG emissions.

There is no known, natural mechanism for the Sun to adjust its own output to keep the earth in thermal equilibrium when humans make mistakes.
